Mastermind Day is one of the most highly-rated parts of Dynamite Circle events. Members are matched into small groups of 6–8 founders based on revenue level and industry. Each person takes a turn in the "Hot Seat" — sharing their biggest business challenge and receiving direct, actionable feedback from fellow founders.
Who are the speakers? Can I speak at this event?
What makes Dynamite Circle events unique is that speakers come almost exclusively from within the community. There are no paid speakers — DC members volunteer to share real stories, lessons, and experiences from building their businesses. Every speaker works with a professional speaking coach who helps them refine their presentation, so the talks are polished, honest, and genuinely valuable. This approach produces far more authentic and actionable content than typical conference keynotes.
Can I bring my spouse or family?
Many members travel to DC events with their families. Daytime sessions are reserved for registered DC members. Spouses can join the evening parties by purchasing a separate Party Pass — this is available to spouses only, not friends or other guests. A Kids' Night is typically organized so families can enjoy the event together.
Is there a dress code?
DC events are relaxed — "DC casual" is the norm during the day (t-shirts, jeans, flip flops). For evening parties, most attendees go with Smart Business Casual. Specific dress code guidance is shared with registered attendees before each party.
