🎯 Clarify your goals

Day 1 we’ll meet for an introductory coaching session. We’ll dive deep into the current state of your business, clarify your 12-month goals, and learn what systems and practices you currently have in place. We’ll complete a detailed document that follows our simple “GPS” worksheet— goals, plans, systems.

🏢 build your 1 million plan

While long term goals are easy to set, typically the plans to achieve them lack clarity, focus, and testability. We will work with you to build a clear, focused, and data-informed plan that we will re-visit together every 90 days.

📈 quarterly 1:1 Coaching

Our team will follow up with you every 90 days update your plan— they will change. The aim is to adapt them intelligently based on what you’ve learned and executed in the quarter. Once your quarterly plan is written in detail, book a 1:1 with our team to get an experienced set of eyes on your next 90 days. If you need more help, our team is available.

🤝 Join your peer advisory group

Starting month 2 of our program, you’ll begin meeting regularly with a hand-picked group of founders who are on a similar path. You’ll share the specifics of your plan, hold each other accountable, and discover potential blind spots. Sessions are facilitated by our team.

📞 Attend monthly mentor sessions

Our monthly sessions are designed to give you an hour away from the day-to-day to reflect on higher level concerns in your business. These sessions discuss key strategies and systems that our 7+ figure clients leverage.

Clarity on Day 1: Your Personalized Onboarding Session

In the past 12 months, we’ve done 175 onboarding calls for high-level DC businesses. This process identifies common challenges and tailors solutions to your business. It’s a jump start to 7-figures. The “1 million dollar plan” document we build will be shared with our team of coaches and facilitators, and follow your throughout your journey.

Consistency: Monthly masterminds run by professional facilitators

FAQs

  • You’ll receive (4) 1:1 coaching sessions dedicated to your business annually.

    During the first session, we’ll dig deep into your company’s history. That information will help us build clear goals and a simple and measurable plan to 1MIL.

    We’ll also discuss the systems you’re using to run the day-to-day.

    Our GPS document- “Goals, Plans, Systems” - will be how we hold you accountable to your goal.

    On a quarterly basis, you’ll receive an email asking for detailed updates on the plan.

    After you’ve completed the assessment, you’ll be prompted to book a call with your coach to review.

    Beyond our 1:1 sessions, every mastermind you attend will be facilitated by a coach. Same with our monthly mentoring sessions.

    All in all, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss with our coaches over 20 times throughout the year if you’d like.

    You can also text our team with questions, and if you have an emergency come up, give us a call or text.

    Since there will be a strong community element to the program, you can always ask for feedback and questions of your peers as well (some very impressive founders have applied already).

  • For over 10 years, we’ve been playing party host and connectors via the DC Community. It’s been incredible!

    In 2022, we stumbled into some high-ticket 1:1 coaching arrangements with larger DC companies. We were asked, and we said “okay!”

    DC member Ayman Al-Abdullah has a saying about coaching that I love: “our mouths are right below our nose, but we still need somebody else to tell us what our breath smells like.” Lol.

    That’s what coaching and advising work is like. It’s often easier to see ways forward in a business when you’re not stuck in the day-to-day.

    DC Accelerator adds a community and group element to our 1:1 sessions. We believe it can be a great compliment to your current business coach, or if you don’t currently have one, a great way to get started with having outside experts analyze your plans.

  • “Socratic” but “insistent.” There are key questions we believe you ought to be able to answer about your goals and plans.

    But we’re not here to lecture or tell you want to do. Our role is to:

    -Motivate you, believe in you, and lend confidence

    -Hold you accountable to your measurable goals and

    -Press you in sessions to clarify your plans, by making them clear and measurable.

    Finally, we can act as a support system.

    Getting to $1,000,000 will require some difficult decisions. We can help you approach those decisions with more confidence.

  • Congratulations! We’ll celebrate your win. At this time, you’ll have the option (pending application) to graduate to our DC Black Community.

  • It depends on your starting point, opportunity, and level of execution, but based on the patterns in the community we estimate for most companies it would take more than one year but less than two.

  • You’ll receive:

    (4) 1:1 coaching sessions.

    All for just $5k/yr. I’ve paid that much for one day of coaching, and certainly many business coaches charge much more than that on a monthly basis. If you’d like to give it a try and aren’t (for any reason) 100% confident you’ve got a plan to get to 1MIL, and feel our program can guide you and keep you accountable to it after your first coaching call, just ask for a refund. We’ll have had fun and we can even help point you in another direction that could benefit you more.

  • Yes, but they must apply and pay fees as an individual. There is a $1K discount for the additional business partners per company.

  • $4900/yr.

  • Yes. We understand masterminds don’t fit everyone’s style or schedule. You may opt in or out of masterminds every January and July. If you opt out of Masterminds, the cost of the program will be $1,000 USD off the current price.

  • You should have a minimum o 2.5 to 5 hours a month to get the most out of the program.
